At EM we believe personal training, should be exactly that: PERSONAL. Our programing is based around your body, and is more than just leading you from machine to machine, or counting reps. EM trainers work with you to establish a solid movement foundation, by assessing your movement patterns first.
EM trainers work off of foundation. If you can’t move well, then you can’t move often, and you might not be ready to move under load, yet. Your program starts with addressing any limitations in soft tissue and/or joints first. From there, strength is built around your own body, and progressing into heavier loads.
